Hunter Jacobs is a dedicated outdoorsman whose passion for the water began at an early age. Growing up on the southeastern coast of North Carolina near Topsail Island, he spent countless hours immersed in the coastal lifestyle—surfing, fishing, hunting, and boating. His deep connection to nature fuels his commitment to conservation, as he actively promotes catch-and-release practices to help preserve fisheries for future generations.
As a child, when Hunter wasn’t participating in sports, he could be found alongside his father and brother, exploring everything from skinny inshore waters to deep offshore fishing grounds. These formative experiences cemented his love for the water and honed his angling skills.
Hunter’s career eventually took him to South Florida, where his time in the sports industry reignited his passion for the ocean. There, he embraced diving and spearfishing, further expanding his expertise and appreciation for marine life.
Today, back home in North Carolina, Hunter continues to spend countless hours on the water, always seeking to learn and share new techniques and insights. As a member of the Innergator Fishing team, he combines his love for fishing, conservation, and storytelling to inspire others to embrace the beauty and excitement of life on the water
